Superb company. Had an issue with my shower, which did need to be replaced. Though id have to wait a few days but they came out that afternoon and sorted within few hours. They were very reliable and super quick to replace which made things so much easy for me. I would highly recommend

Good customer service. Had a problem getting the part we needed but Mandy perserved and was very helpful after a week of trying. The lads who fitted the water heater were very polite and explained what they were doing. Very neat ,cleaned up and took away the old water heater. Would use again.

Fantastic service from start to finish. We had a gas safety check on our new property, followed by a new boiler, pipes etc. which they fitted us in for very quickly as we had no heating and young children. The team who came out were friendly, efficient and considerate at all times.

They were here for 2 days: they put protective sheeting on the floors and ensured they tidied at the end of the day (including brushing the floor where needed). They left tools here overnight, but before leaving they had ensured everything was tidy and safe which was very appreciated as we have young children. They really went above and beyond, and I can’t recommend them enough. Diolch yn fawr iawn pawb!

My thanks to Vaynol Heating & Plumbing, can't praise them enough. My heating boiler decide to stop working just as the weather starts to get colder. I though, because of the time of year, I would have to wait a few days.

Fortunately, they managed to fit me in and the engineer came out found the fault very quickly and resolved the problem just as quickly. He couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, once again thank you for prompt efficient service.

First class service from this company, my central heating boiler stopped working, as I am covered by my home insurance it was organised that Vaynol heating would sort out my problem.

The man arrived on the same day as my telephone call repaired my boiler in no time at all very successfully done, the plumber knew what he was doing he did it well, very pleasant young man easy to talk to and a pleasure to have in my house. Thank you Vaynol heating
